We've recently inherited an already existing Umbraco 4.7.1 website. It uses uCommerce 2.0.5.0 as its ecommerce solution.
After transferring it to our hosting environment, everything seems to be working correctly. The shop products display fine, the workflow works correctly, however as soon as users try to check out, they get an error stating Error parsing XSLT file: \xslt\RequestPayment[xslt].xslt
The payment gateway used is Sagepay, and it seems to be configured correctly in the uCommerce administration section.
There seems to be nothing in the umbracoLog. I just restarted the application, went through the checkout process, then at the last step (when I was to be redirected to Sagepay), that error popped up again.
The umbracoLog only shows the application start event. No other errors.
I'm guessing here, but could the Sagepay provider/payload have changed, hence triggering the error?
This is Andrei from the bit10 account. We can't find anything that looks wrong in the config file you mentioned. As such, we were wondering whether there is some sort of support option that we could use, be it webinar, conference call or anything else you may have in mind.
This site belongs to a charity, and the shop is one of their main sources of revenue. As such, it is quite important for us to fix the issue as soon as possible.

The umbracoLog table will hold more info on what's going on. Could you post relevant log messages here please?

Hi Andrei,
We did have to update the SagePay provider for uCommerce 2.6.1.0 because of some changes made on their end.
However, if the provider is working in one environment and not the other I don't think you're affected by that.
It almost has to be config.
